CursorXP is a program that gives your Windows XP and Windows 2000 cursors a wide range of really cool effects. Your cursors will be able to be semi-transparent, have much more advanced shadows, alpha blending, and much more. Version 1.3 now works under non-admin accounts on Windows 2000 and XP, High DPI support, better faster shadows, and supports hyperthreaded machines.
