Rebrand: This is a front end for registry changes to modify Internet Explorer and Outlook Express title bars. Remove the Outlook Express splash screen and wallpaper the toolbars of IE OE and Windows. You can select .jpg .gif or.bmp files an image preview is provided.
There are two settings for toolbar wallpaper. An image can be used for Windows toolbars while another can be used for IE OE toolbars. This Application is compatable with Windows 95/98 NT/2K/XP and all versions of Internet Explorer and Outlook Express from version 4 to present. Rebrand is a standalone application its working directory is C:\Program Files\Rebrand. To uninstall just delete the rebrand folder in C:\Program Files.
