Organize Email Messages: You open up your email program and Oh, boy!

to Organize. If you organizing your e-mail into separate
mailboxes or folders, you can easily find messages again
when you need them. Simple, Yes! The instructions I'll
give you should work for most e-mail programs.
Higher end e-mail software, such as Microsoft
Outlook and Eudora Pro, will allow you to create filters
to automatically sort your e-mail. By sorting messages
it will allows you to quickly locate messages. See "How

Creating Mailboxes:
Fallow these Steps:
A. Start by create a mailboxes maybe also called in box
or folders according to categories of e-mail messages.
You might want to create additional mailboxes for Private,
Work, Junk, and so on.
B. Now to create the mailboxes, you need
to use the New command from the File menu, or possibly
from the Mailbox menu, depending on the e-mail program
your using.
C. Now you can transfer all your e-mail
messages into the appropriate mailboxes and folders that
you just created.
Sorting Messages Within Mailboxes:
Fallow these steps:
D. Now to organize the messages in you new
mailbox or folder by categories, such as Date, Subject,
Sender, Status, Size, or by the Priority, OK first you
need to open the mailbox you want to sort. Look at the
column, you should see different columns at the top of
the mailbox or folder. Now click on a column to sort the
messages by that category.
E. All the messages will automatically sort
themselves. By sorting messages it will allows you to
quickly locate messages. A good example, if you sorting
by subject it will would allow you fast access to all
messages that came under a certain subject. Now it's a
simple matter to transfer and or delete a block of messages
when they're sorted according to category. Remember to
