Here's how to Add/Remove Programs in Vista:

Open Windows Vista Start menu.

Click on Control Panel, as shown in Figure 1 below.

A. Open the Start menu.
B. Select Control Panel.
3. Double-click on the Programs and Features icon, as shown in Figure 2 below.
