CloneCD Software
Make digitally identical copies by writing raw data onto a CD.
CloneCD: burn, baby, burn before you spring for a big budget CD-R burning software, take a look at CloneCD. CloneCD is a powerful CD-copying program that writes in Raw mode, which gives it total control over the data being written. Therefore, CloneCD can produce real, one-to-one copies of your CDs. CloneCD requires a CD writer that can write in Raw mode; it also requires a CD reader that supports certain specific commands. CloneCD can copy those hard to copy CDs. Click here to see a list of supported drives.
Most currently available CD-Writers support this. With the correct equipment, CloneCD can make working copies of nearly any CD, regardless of whether or not it is copy-protected. This version includes a number of bug fixes including fixed support for USB and firewire on in Windows 2000. Remember to come back to WebTechGeek.com for more reviews.
Pros: Creates working safety backups of every PC-CD, even those which are copy protected.
Note: CloneCD is released as shareware and will let you write five CDs. Registration costs $30.USD.
